Notarization seems simple, but a small mistake can lead to rejected documents. Here is how to avoid the most common errors.
Never sign a document before meeting with the notary. The notary must physically watch you sign the document for an oath or affirmation (jurat). If you sign it beforehand, you will have to re-sign it in their presence.
A notary cannot notarize a document that contains blank spaces. You must fill in all dates, names, and amounts before the notarization occurs. If a section does not apply, draw a line through it or write 'N/A'.
We travel to your home, office, or hospital room anywhere in North Florida to handle your notarization safely and securely.
